1. Information we collect
We may collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, phone number, account credentials, club and team details, roster information, player names, player numbers, positions, match information, statistics, notes, feedback, support messages, and any other content you choose to enter or upload.
When you use XIShift, we may automatically collect technical and usage information such as IP address, browser and device type, operating system, pages or features used, dates and times of access, referring pages, diagnostic information, and identifiers stored through cookies or similar technologies.
Paid subscriptions are processed by our payment provider. We may receive limited billing information such as billing status, transaction identifiers, plan, and the last four digits or type of a payment method. We do not store complete payment card numbers.
2. How we use information
We use information to provide and operate XIShift; create and secure accounts; manage teams, rosters, matches, statistics, and subscriptions; process payments; provide support; communicate service and account information; personalize and improve the product; diagnose errors; prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents; enforce our agreements; and comply with legal obligations.
3. Team and player information
XIShift is designed for coaches, clubs, and other authorized adults. The account holder or organization that enters team or player information is responsible for having the authority and any required permissions or consents to provide that information and use it through XIShift.
XIShift is not directed to children under 13, and children under 13 may not create accounts. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information directly to us without appropriate authorization, contact us so we can review and delete it where required.
4. How we share information
We may share information with vendors that help us provide the service, including hosting, database, authentication, analytics, communications, customer support, and payment-processing providers. These providers may use information only as permitted to perform services for us.
Information may also be visible to other authorized users within the same club or team based on account roles and sharing settings. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, to investigate misuse, or as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets. We do not sell personal information for money.
5. Cookies and similar technologies
We may use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, protect accounts, understand product usage, and improve performance. Browser settings may allow you to limit cookies, but some XIShift features may not work correctly without essential storage.
6. Data retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide XIShift, maintain legitimate business records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods vary by the type of information and why it was collected. Backup copies may remain for a limited period after information is deleted.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No online service or method of electronic storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.
8. Your choices and privacy rights
You may review or update certain account information through XIShift. You may also contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information. Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information when permitted or required by law.
9. Third-party services and links
XIShift may connect to or link to services operated by others. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, and this Privacy Policy does not cover their services.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new effective date and provide additional notice when required by law.
