A note from the coach behind XIShift
Made for my team.
Shared with yours.
XIShift started as a tool for my own travel soccer team. For years, I tracked basic stats by hand and planned lineups on paper. I wanted a simpler way to stay organized on match day and understand what was happening across a season, so I began building one.
What started as a small project for my team quickly became something more. After sharing it with a few coaching friends, I realized it could help other coaches manage their teams, save time, and use real match data to make more informed decisions.
I have coached youth soccer for more than 12 years, and I know how much coaches give to their players and teams. Many do it as volunteers, balancing practices, games, families, and everything else. My hope is simply that XIShift makes one part of coaching a little easier.
There will always be a free way to use XIShift. Paid plans offer more tracking and team tools, but their purpose is to help cover the cost of keeping the platform running and continuing to improve it.
Your feedback and ideas are always welcome. I hope XIShift becomes a useful part of your coaching journey and helps you spend more time where it matters most: developing players.
